Shipping & Delivery Options
- We currently deliver within New Zealand only.
- Some products are not shipped because they need to be refrigerated.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes
- Shipping fees depend on the product and quantity ordered.
- We use reliable couriers for overnight delivery; however, occasional delays may add 1-2 working days to your order’s arrival.
- We deliver to rural addresses, though delivery may take a few extra days as rural services aren’t always overnight.
Note: We handle deliveries in Tauranga; outside deliveries are managed by our courier partners.
How to Pay
An invoice will be sent to your email with payment details.
- New Zealand Orders: Pay via bank transfer before delivery.
- International Orders: For friends and family gifts living in New Zealand Pay through PayPal before delivery.
